HOMO SAPIENS CURRICULUM VITAE
Those curious men
spent weeks, months and years
studying things that came
from the same origin of times
Many got old and died
without puzzling out the mystery
and when at the end
other more achieved scholars
could understand
the evidence of the accumulated proofs
were astonished, astounded and amazed
|
Many cried, cursed and abjured
resigned inclusive their academic posts
lamenting to have deciphered
the secret of distant past
|
How could they admit
that God hasn´t created men?
that Homo Sapiens descended from the monkey!
and that nature, like the universe
is and has always been matter
to which the man
in his ignorance has added
a spirit which is alien to them
and that in reality nothing has created
|
and meanwhile,
for many uncultivated masses
continues to be a mystery
the secret already solved.
