It is impossible to direct a society in which the activities of millions, hundreds of millions and thousands of millions of its members –mankind- have to be directed, planned, motivated and guided by guidance organisms in all areas of production and in the economic, scientific, educational, cultural, sports, artistic, areas, etc., guidance organisms which cover that great variety of functions and areas of production and work which characterize men.

The error of the communists in intending to ignore the need for the existence of the State, has been to reduce it to a product of class struggle and not evaluating, studying and situating it in the reality itself, which justifies its existence and which is, the need to direct, guide, plan, and coordinate, to mention examples – the human activities and work.

Therefore, it can not be expected that the state, as an instrument of power, be only a product of class struggle, and as such, should be abolished. Similar irrealistic simplifications are results of political dogmas, and not of the objective and true knowledge of what the state and society are and what it should be in society – a necessary instrument of power, a government (governed by its constitution and laws with its courts, police and armies), not at the service of certain social classes, but of society which, given the variety of personality and character of its members –men- and the complexity of the needs and activities which guarantee its existence; the economic production; the scientific research, education, etc., and all the facilities its development and progress has to necessarily and inevitably have a guidance and power organism which my not be substituted and that is the State.

The need of the State in society is an unquestionable fact. Its existence is legitimised on the basis of the needs of mankind. Therefore, its abolition is impossible. Society cannot exist without production, without work, without coordination, without planning, and for this, guidance is necessary which can only be achieved through that instrument of power which is called the State.

Therefore, the Unified Europe of 1992 or the New Roman Empire of the West (the European Union), should neither be capitalist nor socialist.

The New Roman Empire of the West should be a pluralistic and pragmatic order in which all the ideas and political standards which allow it to function successfully, coexist on the basis of the practical results, and this should always be determined by the practical result.

The pragmatism and respect of the practical and realistic Results should be, the incentive and ideological basis of The New Roman Empire of the West (the European Union), because in principle, all political and religious ideologies have ideals and goals which reflect part of the best human aspirations and dreams and although not all may be applied, they should all be respected and consequently studied. The practical end result, not the dogmatic, is what should decide the source of its application or use.

The ideological principles of The New Roman Empire of the West (the European Union), should be pragmatism, efficiency, common sense, practical results and not political or religious dogmas.

This pragmatism can guarantee the grandeur of The New Roman Empire of the West (the European Union), if we add To it the historical fact that it will take place in a Unified Europe of the Common Market.

This Unified Western Europe will be characterized by the respect for liberty and human rights. The consolidation of its democratic structures expressed in the realization of free elections which determine the change of government and formation of parliaments and a social- economic life regulated by the model and changes of new and better social laws, the power of its historic setting as well as what its future promises, can not be greater.

As far as the spiritual life of mankind is concerned, this historic setting is also what guarantees that the freedom of cults not only continue respected, but also reinforced with the creation of a new type of material- religious coexistence that eliminates the scientific prejudice and religious dogmatism as it analyses and considers the spirituality of the human race which should be studied from new angles and complex dimensions.

The elaboration of Project 666 stems from our recognition of the dual materialistic-spiritual nature of the human race. we affirm that this duality cannot be really understood, studied and taken advantage of, with the limitations imposed by the religious dogmas and the scientific- materialistic simplifications because these can not overcome the inabilities imposed by their respective limitations.

Our "Project 666" contemplates the creation of a new political-material-scientific-spiritualistic force which allows one to really understand, study and use the potential which characterizes the duality of the human nature, (to cite an example -with regard to this matter, we are going to give scientific explanations as to what is considered "witchcraft" and "exorcism").

This is going to allow the creation of a new Spiritual Era without precedent, lacking incompetence, prejudice, and religious-materialistic dogmas, which exist today in the spiritual-material plan and which will also allow us to use and take advantage of all the forces which enclose their spirituality, presently underdeveloped and oppressed, and place in the spiritual plan, in the highest level of happiness, ambition and progress.
